20% price reductions everywhere and still few buyers

well well well.......here we are, its been six months since my last post and it seems the silent beginnings of the crash are now less silent. i am seeing 20% price reductions all over the place and there are not many buyers. brace yourself for reality. my neighbor has had her place listed for 5 months and nobody even goes to the open houses any longer. there is a massive air pocket between here and reality. get out while you can.  bm
